Konkurs wewnętrzny jest organizowany, ponieważ każda instytucja może złożyć maksymalnie jeden wniosek do konkursu PROM 2025.
Celem Programu jest: rozwój umiędzynarodowienia instytucji szkolnictwa wyższego i nauki poprzez krótkookresową wymianę stypendialną, rozwój kompetencji osób studiujących, doktorantów i doktorantek oraz kadry z kraju i z zagranicy poprzez realizację krótkookresowej międzynarodowej wymiany stypendialnej, wzrost jakości kształcenia dzięki realizacji krótkookresowych wymian osób studiujących, doktorantów i doktorantek oraz kadry z kraju i z zagranicy, wzrost liczby zrealizowanych krótkookresowych mobilności.
W ramach programu możliwe jest finansowanie krótkookresowych mobilności, służących podnoszeniu kompetencji osób studiujących, doktorantów i doktorantek i kadry akademickiej.

Jednostki UW zainteresowane udziałem w konkursie powinny przesłać wypełniony i podpisany FORMULARZ zgłoszenia propozycji projektu mailowo (skan) do Biura Współpracy z Zagranicą na adres:

PROM 2025 Program – Internal Call
The internal call is organized because each institution may submit only one application for the PROM 2025 call.
The purpose of the Program is to: develop the internationalization of higher education and research institutions through short-term scholarship exchanges; enhance the competencies of students, doctoral students, and academic staff from both Poland and abroad through short-term international scholarship exchanges; improve the quality of education by facilitating short-term exchanges of students, doctoral candidates, and academic staff from both Poland and abroad; increase the number of short-term mobilities conducted.
Within the program, funding is available for short-term mobilities aimed at enhancing the competencies of students, doctoral candidates, and academic staff.

Units of the University of Warsaw interested in participating in the call should send a completed and signed APPLICATION FORM as a scanned copy via email to the International Relations Office at:
joanna.wiszniewska@adm.uw.edu.pl by April 8, 2025.
The results of the internal competition will be announced by: April 14, 2025.
The application must be prepared in Polish.
