Konkurs polega na przesłaniu do Biura Współpracy z Zagranicą fotografii zrobionych w trakcie pobytu na studiach lub praktykach w ramach programu Erasmus+.
Każdy uczestnik może przesłać od 1 do 3 zdjęć, przysyłając w treści wiadomości:
– imię i nazwisko,
– numer albumu,
– nazwę uczelni, w której odbywał/a studia lub praktykę zagraniczną,
– opis miejsca, w którym zostało wykonane zdjęcie (w przypadku kilku zdjęć należy je ponumerować w nazwach plików, a opisy przypisać do odpowiednich numerów).
Fotografie należy wysłać na adres mailowy: erasmusbwz@uw.edu.pl. w terminie do 24 lipca 2025 r. do godziny 23:59.
Zdjęcia otrzymane po tym terminie nie będą brane pod uwagę.
Każdy uczestnik może wysłać od 1 do 3 fotografii.
Nagrodą w konkursie będzie publikacja fotografii w kalendarzu Biura Współpracy z Zagranicą na rok 2026 oraz karta upominkowa Empik o wartości 200 zł.

Zgoda na przetwarzanie danych osobowych oraz wykorzystanie pracy konkursowej (Załącznik nr 1)
The competition involves sending photographs taken during studies or internships under the Erasmus+ program in the academic year 2024/2025 to the International Relations Office.
Photographs must be sent by email to: erasmusbwz@uw.edu.pl
Each contestant may submit up to 3 photographs, sent as attachments to an email containing the following information:
– name and surname,
– UW students ID number,
– name of the host university/ institution,
– description of the place where the photo was taken (if more than 1 photograph is submitted, each photograph should be numbered in the file name and descriptions should be assigned to the appropriate numbers).
Deadline
Photographs (preferably in a horizontal orientation) should be sent by July 24, 2025, by 11:59 PM.
Applications submitted after this deadline will not be accepted.
Prizes
The winners will be awarded with:
– publication of the winning photos in the IRO calendar -2026, with information about the authorship;
– Empik gift card worth PLN 200 (for each author of the winning photographs).
