“TOP200” NAWA Programme – Call for Applications

The program aims to strengthen the capacity of institutions within the Polish higher education and science system in the field of international scientific cooperation, as well as to foster the development of international academic and research careers. It will be implemented by inviting to Poland distinguished scientists with outstanding scientific achievements, representing institutions ranked between 1 and 200 in global rankings (Shanghai Ranking, QS, THE),.

The programme provides opportunity for foreign researchers to work in Poland for a period 2-4 years and establish their own project groups.

The implementation of the Program is scheduled from September 1, 2026, to March 31, 2032.

Applications must be submitted electronically via the NAWA system. The deadline for submission is 27 February 2026, 15:00:00 (Polish official time).
