Programme Zawacka NAWA

Students, PhD candidates, academic teachers or researchers, interested in participating in the Program are required to submit their applications via the NAWA electronic system, as in the announcement (in polish).

The online application must include, among other documents, the nomination form “Zgłoszenie z uczelni” signed by a representative of the International Relations Office (IRO).

To obtain a signature, a scan of the nomination form “Zgłoszenie z uczelni” (appendix no. 2 to the above-mentioned annoncement), filled out by the applicant and signed by the authorised person in the unit:

• students – the head of the educational unit (KJD) or the mobility coordinator appointed by the head of the educational unit (§ 6, Section 4, Point 2 of the Rules and Regulations of Study);
• employees – dean/head of the organisational unit or the mobility coordinator appointed by the dean/head of the organisational unit (§ 60 of the UW Statute);
• PhD candidates enrolled in doctoral schools – the director of the doctoral school (§ 4, Section 5 of the Rules and Regulations of the Doctoral Schools).
