Nabór wniosków w Programie im. Stanisława Ulama trwa od 10 lutego do 12 maja 2025 roku do godz. 15:00, zgodnie z czasem urzędowym obowiązującym na terytorium Polski.

Ogłoszenie NAWA o naborze wniosków o udział w programie Nr 8/2025 z dnia 10 lutego 2025 roku
Dokument „ The invitation from the Host institution in the fellowship programmes” (załącznik do Ogłoszenia), który jest załącznikiem do wniosku składanego przez kandydata w systemie elektronicznym NAWA, musi być podpisany przez prawnego przedstawiciela Uniwersytetu Warszawskiego – Prorektora Sambora Gruczę.
W związku z tym, uzupełniony, opatrzony podpisem opiekuna stażu na UW i dziekana/prodziekana dokument prosimy przekazać do BWZ. Prosimy o załączenie projektu wniosku przygotowanego przez kandydata lub, w przypadku jeśli wniosek nie jest gotowy, życiorysu naukowego kandydata oraz opisu projektu.
Ww. dokumenty należy przesłać w formie elektronicznej na adres swietlana.dachno@adm.uw.edu.pl na min. 5 dni roboczych przed planowanym wysłaniem wniosku do NAWA.
Podpisany przez Rektora dokument „Information on the commitments of the host institution” zostanie następnie odesłany do Państwa emailem.
PROGRAMME ULAM NAWA 2025 – CALL FOR APPLICATIONS
The call for applications under the Stanisław Ulam Programme will be conducted from February 10th to May 12th, 2025, until 15:00, according to the official time in Poland.

The document „The invitation from the Host institution in the fellowship programmes” (attachment to the Announcement), which is an attachment to the application submitted by the candidate by the NAWA electronic system, must be signed by the legal representative of the University of Warsaw – Vice-Rector Sambor Grucza.
Therefore, the completed document, bearing the signature of the internship supervisor at UW and the dean/vice-dean, should be submitted to the International Relations Office (IRO). Please attach the draft application prepared by the candidate or, if the application is not ready, the candidate’s academic CV and project description.
These documents should be sent electronically to swietlana.dachno@adm.uw.edu.pl at least 5 working days before the planned submission of the application to NAWA.
The document „Information on the commitments of the host institution” signed by the Rector will then be sent back to you by email.
